Tulsa winch part

Hey guys, I got a problem. I"ve got an old Tulsa winch (model 18) that the shift collar (the part that slides in to the drum and engages it to the main shaft) has broken in several places and my welder buddy tells me it"s beyond reliable repair. I can get the part new from Tulsa but its $300!!!!! I only paid $200 for the whole winch! Does anyone know where there might be some of these laying around for parts, or someplace else I could find one? Thanks in advance for any help or leads, Brian
