If you plan on pulling ANYTHING,pass up the 4.7 .. My wife drives a crewcab 1500 with the 4.7 and 5-speed.. I've got a 12 foot single axle utility trailer,thats a pretty good load for the truck,when it's empty.. that is a good little engine,but it's power it made WAY to high in the RPM range,just the opposite of what you want for pulling..If I got anything on the trailer,forget about 5th gear,not gonna happen.. I can't imagine pulling a cub with it,and no way pull an H..
