Since it is apart that far,considering the age and previous posts photos etc. I would also put in new bearings, both sides. Besides, the best is this : A) it is not my money that is being spent... B) the advice is free, and as such you are free to tell me................as such. Happy wrenching. Sooner or later if you keep at it long enough you will exhaust the inventory of appropriate places where upon you may legally apply your wrench and force. The number of such locations is finite.
