Well I have never used kroil before. But I use PB blaster all the time and works great for the money but I don't think it is as strong as some others. In a nut shell It works but you may have to use more of it and wait a little longer. I usually spray it on and give the bolt a few good raps with a hammer and let it set for a while. then spray it again. If It doesn't come lose after that I get the torch out and apply a little heat. Thats normally when it breaks loose. Hope this helps. Mike.
