Just about any place or catalog that sells 3-pt parts or implements will sell adjustable arms that mount on the top link, and angle out to the ends of the draw bar to keep it from swinging side-to-side, and a little angled bracket that you bolt to one of the above and a hole in the drawbar to keep the drawbar from turning over. The latter are easily made from a piece of angle iron. Then, as others have said, just bolt a ball into one of the holes in the draw bar.

The set up Tim Ok shows below with a pair of the stabilizing arms described above would be best.
