I know what you mean.
the other day I pulled into a gas station. young lady there (at my age all ladies are young ) car would not start. raised hood laid hand on fender, told her to try it,started right up. she wanted to know what I did to it. I said nothing, it just reconized me,as used to cut up cars that did not start.
