Darned if I know. The odd part is they are always coated up real good on the inside. Go figure.

Don't ever remember seeing one where the paint actually came off, but being red, they are prone to "sunburn".

Aw heck, I have brain fade every time I buy one. But, they sure are fun bringin' back from the brink. :>)
