CEB, your right, it is a free country. If your saying it isn't illegal to ( RUN A BID ) or be involved in a scam auction just get caught doing it. Problem is too many times people just say oh well and don't push the issue. As far as people being stupid sometimes they just get caught up or don't understand, but that don't make them stupid and I do feel bad for people like that because before they know what happened they've been had. Don't get me wrong there are people who are stupid simply because they have more money then brains. Just adding my 2 cents, and wishing everyone happy holidays.
