15 foot drill is going to take 130 hp. I pulled a 15 foot UFT with a 1855 Oliver making around 100 horse and it was too much unless the box was half full. Also pulled a 12 foot Great Plains with a full box and she'll do it but it's all she wants--bucking, bouncing, slipping and with black smoke about 3 feet straight up all the time.
