Hello all the numbers you gave show it is 30 hp air cooled wisconsin engine,now to oil leak on the side that has distributor or mag and oil filter the oil fill tube where the oil goes into the engine block it is a metal tube thin wall it is a push fit to engine block if it is loose in block the the engine block pressure will force oil out and leak badly if this is problem pull tube and enlarge the od very small bit re insert. try this first if it dont stop oil leak then let me know and we will go to another remedy,by the way do you know of any individuals that may have parts for the 2300 . THANKS.
