I am partial to Chevrolet trucks myself, having spent more time in them. However, if you are wanting a more powerful motor I'd stay away from the Chevy because the 345 in the IH will run circles around a small block Chevy. I know a guy that bought a 78 C65 last winter for $2700. The dealer that took it to the auction was asking $8500 for it. Like the other guy said it depends on how big a demand there is in your area for older and smaller grain trucks.
