Downtown Moline has the John Deere Pavilion, short ways from there is the John Deere plant where they build the front end loaders and combines. I think they repair the earth movers that come back from Iraq also. Close to that plant is an AGCO plant that builds combines. Out on river rd. is the John Deere headquarters and a very nice display of early tractors. Downtown has the Kone elevator test tower but its not open to visitors. I-80 truck stop is on 80 north bypass and its a nice place to visit.
