Case 580B Hoe questions

Hi guys, I looked at a case 580b yesterday. Started easily, and ran good. Only a little smoke/blow by. Hour meeter showed 5300 but wasn't working. Pins were not too bad. Couple of questions. There were 2 cylinders that leaked heavily, like 3 drips per second and the injection pump had a decent drip. Also, the loader was a bit jerkey, but could have been due to low hydraulic fluid. Are those things to be very concerned about, or just a nuisance to fix? Thanks much, it is the first hoe I've ever operated at all.
