Ha Ha Ha Ha. Reminds of years back when I bought a brand new Dodge... I don't know, was a '84 pickup made by Mitsubishi but said Dodge on it, whatever it was called. Was easy to park in Chicago when I'd moved there. Anyway, at 50,000 miles some "idiot" light came on just like that for no reason that I could find. When I got home opened and read the user manual and it said at 50,000 the... something or other idiot light will come on as a reminder to change the timing belt. Huh!?!? It was running great, so looked under the dash and found a tiny switch that turned that particular idiot light off, figuring was some sort of ploy to get me into the dealer to pay $$$ for nothing. I'll bet was about 50,100 miles on the way home from work on like a record cold blizzardy day when that little SOB quit on me in the middle of an intersection. The timing belt broke. Ha Ha Ha Ha. Who was the idiot? Me, as usual. LOL. Mark
