A new "field" adjuster called and said they were going to pay. The office adjuster didn't know what she was talking about. Although He said they could take that approch, I would be probably getting sued in which the insurrance company was obilgated to represent me so it was a no brainer not too pay and avoid court. Finally someone with some common sense! T_Bone
