Larry, I had a similar situation years ago involving a brand new Oliver 1955. I was working for a guy plowing rocky ground. We were pulling 6 18" bottoms with manual resets on them - had to back up to reset the plows. The plows kept tripping, and I'd throttle down to back up. Boss said, "Quit throttling down. Just leave engine running at high RPM when you reset the plows." I did. It took about three days to destroy the clutch. He was mad at me. Go figure. Tom in TN
