I've been using No. 2 high sulfur fuel oil out of my furnace tank in my diesel tractor for years without any problems . It's the same thing, delivered in the same truck but the diesel costs about $.30 per gallon less for some reason. I ask for diesel when I fill my fuel oil tanks.
