IH 966

I recently purchased a 966 with a 414 desiel with 7600 hours on it when first started the oil pressure gauge shows 75psi after it is warmed up it goes to 65-70 psi is this high or normal? My second question is its blow-by I ran it one day for 3 to 4 hours on a 7' bushhog mower 3/4 throttle the oil level didn't move on the dip stick but it seemed to fog out pretty good out the blow by tube the tractor runs good just wondering if this is normal because i have a 1456 with a recent overhaul it dosn't fog this heavy.
