I moved a 14x80 several years ago with a MF 175.
Not really moved, I just repositioned it, moved it about 10 feet over from where it was for a buddy. Front wheels were touching the ground, but that was all, had to use brakes to steer. Just went real slow, low range & 1st gear & reverse. As long as the ground is solid I think you will be OK, just GO SLOW.
