Yeah, i took the battery out and the wires are disconnected. One black one red presumably to connect to the battery posts. So yes, it apparently was for some accessory, but I know not what. They look factory installed versus some handyman special...I guess I will just leave it unused, but the curiosity about what was running out of there is killing me. :) Thanks,
