Thats true - But it is a 3 day deal. 1 day just for consultations and mapping your eyes, etc. They are extremely thorough. 2nd day pre-exam, more consultations and surgery. 3rd day post exam. The reason Canada is so much cheaper has nothing to do with short cuts or anything like that. It's has to do with the machines themselves. Even though they use the same machines, the royalties that we pay for their use in the states is much higher than what they pay in Canada. I would recommend going north to have it done. If Winnepeg is your destination, I'll give you a recommendation to the doc that did mine.
