I had trouble with new glases from Lenscrafters also. I got a new pair for $350. and six weeks later I had a change in my vision and eye doctor said I needed a new lens in the frame cause of the vision change . I went back to Lenscrafters and they said it would cost $150 to change just one lens I said forget it! My eye doctor also sells frames and glasses. so I asked him if he could put a new lens in my Lenscrafters frames and he said sure. His cost to replace just the one lens was only $40. I'LL NEVER give Lenscrafters any more bisness thats it for me!!!!
