Hello,
A friend of mine owns a communications company and he just uses quick books. Just whatever you do, do nightly back ups and keep them in a safe place off site. Also, check the back ups to make sure that the data is good and restorable. (and what you really need). This could be as simple as burning to CD the database file. George
