Here's a suggestion. If your crowds are thin on SUnday, then plan more things to do on Sunday that would want them to stay. If you do a tractor pull, hold a class or two on Sunday afternoon. One show that I attended went so far as to hold their grand finale parade at 5 PM on Sunday, and if you won a class in the tractor pull, and you wanted your trophy / prize money, you had to parade the tractor during that parade, and you got your prize in front of the announcer's stand.
