Guess I can't answer your question directly other than to say that all the local machinery dealers around here sell 'em.

My neighbors use those doubles on the rear and carry a single in the loader grapple. They are using those 180 horse 4X4 tractors equipped with duals.

I'd sure like to do that, but just don't know if my little tractors could handle that kind of weight without snappin' an axle. :>(
