Here is the sure fire way to kick em. Everyone that stops has tried several times before making it over the hump and knows how hard it is. Get up in the morning and don't have that first smoke. Then by ten you are climbing the walls but just think of the hell the first couple of hours were and how you don't want to have to go through it again. Do this for a week and things will start improving. If you screw up and have a puff don't get disgusted and smoke the whole pack just put it out and countinue on. One puff dosen make you into a smoker but a succession of them does. I stopped 39 years ago. I had to avoid beer for the first couple of years cause wasn't nuttin better than a cold one and a smoke back then. Hang in there!
