Looks like a trip to Overhaul City for the Deere, and a ticket for that trip will run a few grand, so I'd go for the deal with the Massey as long as the Massey is in good shape. You'd spend more than that to overhaul the Deere. Massies are great tractors, and the 1105 has the dry-sleeve Perkins which is one of the best tractor engines out there.
