Tim, You don"t need luck, you just need the determination and will-power, along with all the support you can muster. Try not to be tempted by "just the one" as that is likely the END. I have never smoked, but a long time ago a friend packed in and put all the money he would have spent, into an old baccy tin. Still does it (now at todays prices); pays for a holiday twice a year! Not a lot of help, but my brother had a heart attack just 3 months after he had stopped smoking. He said it should not have happened as he had given up! I said he was lucky he had, or he may not have been here now. Don"t know how many you were smoking a day, or how long you HAD been smoking, but best wishes in your "new life". Yes, you will taste your food, your clothes and breath will smell much sweeter, your life will likely be considerably lengthened, and someone else will be paying those taxes you were paying (presumably) on all that ash. Keep it up and let us know how you are progressing. Best regards, RAB
