My guess is that the H has had it's pistons and sleeves replaced in recent years. My experience has been that the new materials are more prone to rust than the old materials. That is, and original motor seems to be able to take water for a long time before a seize occurs, new stuff seems to get stuck much quicker. I would remove the plugs and fill the cylinders with diesel fuel for lubrication and penetration. Then I would Get a prybar on the flywheel while your pal has th estarting crank in the front of the engine and try together to nudge that thing loose, it shouldn't be stuck that bad.
