If you can drive it, see how it steers. If you can steer it easily while it isn't moving, then it has some form of powersteering. Look on the left side of the engine (facing the direction the tractor is) and see if there is a resavoir and pump mounted at the front of the engine where the timing gears are. If so, that would be for the power steering of some sort. It may be a tractor that has a motor and steering box right in the front connected directly to the steering wheel (I guess it would be power assisted rack and pinion?). The major thing is wheter you can steer it without too much effort, if so, don't worry about the powersteering very much. Good luck Hurst
