I always use brown sugar, a little evaporated milk or cream and mustard to taste. All other ingredients as per the last post. We also rough chop initially because we can't see to fine chop for tears, then put the lot in the blender for final preparation. This came from my old mum and she's been gone for 20 years. Its handed down through the family. Once made cooked horseradish sauce but have lost the recipe.
