Here is Washington state minnimum wage is $7.35 an hour, we pay $8.00. And still we have not had a "White" person apply for the job in years. Driving tractor is only about 5 -10% of the job. The rest is hand picking strawberries, blackberries, cucumbers, corn ect. Around here white folks don't even apply for that kind of work.
