Try to find someone that has Borg Warner parts or can get Prestolite local. If not email is open and I might can locate one for you. Noticed in a late Borg Warner catalog it was still listed and sure a odd looking cap.

If you rebuild the motor, you could use hardened seats and valves, and unleaded fuel. But if your old tractor runs good, a simple lead substitute added to the gas is a perfectly reasonable solution.
