That old chestnut is like the Energizer Bunny, just keeps on going and going and going... Ford owned a small amount of Cummins stock and Cummins was and is a supplier of engines to Ford. FOr as while in the 90's, Cummins supplied most of the engines (B's and C's) in the medium duty series (F-700 and up), Even now, the B is an option in the F650 as a step up from the powerjoke. But Ford never owned Cummins.
