Owner's manual doesn't make a big thing of it, but says "gasolines containing oxygenates, such as ethers and ethanol and reformulated gasolines may be available in your area to contribute to clean air. General Motors recommends that you use these gasolines, particularly if they comply with the specifications described earlier."
It's burried in the last paragraph on fuels, but it's there if you know where to look. I take this as permission to use ethanol/gasoline mix. Now my "company car" a Ford Taurus, they specifically tell you not to unless it is a "flex fuel" and the serial number says it isn't!
