Well - actually the Capital building in Lincoln was built over a ten year peiod from 1922 to 1932, using a design drawn in 1920 (they built as funding became available, hence the building was paid for when it was completed). The Baton Rouge Capital was built between 1930 and 1932 using a similar, but very different design.
