Grew up working on the 2 cyl Waterloo tractors at dad's JD shop. Have seen farmers get the clutch and flywheel both out of time when doing an overhaul on the farm, and when running at full throttle, the tractors would literally dance around on the ground with the sreering wheel shaft flexing up and down like a reed in the wind. Then they would bring it to the shop and complain of it vibrating so bad it hurt their hands to drive it. Then when you told them that they had the disk and flywheel out of time they would argue with you,"it can't be out of time, don't you see it running?" Just walk away and shake your head till they leave, then take it down and retime the flywheel, and clutch disk.
