Yep you need a male pipe thread on the brake line 1/8 npt. Just follow the line to where it connects to the frame like "old" said. If the lines are shot I bet yah the bleeder's will be too. Just did the lines on my 88 F250 last weekend every bleeder valve snapped off with minimal torque applied.
