I built a home made trailer once. Went to get the tag and was asked for the inspection papers.

Back to the house to get the trailer. Take it to the state police station and the guy looks at it through the front window with out ever getting out his chair.

Says that will be $10. Stamp this ID# on the frame. Here is your paper work. Have a great day.
