Rancher 72 yrs old was walking the high end of his place looking for the best place to put in a logging road back in Sept. Said he felt like he wasn`t alone and looked behind him. A full grown cougar was about 50 ft behind him and crouched. He started throwing rocks and sticks at it to make it leave. He still walks around but is carrying a big handgun with a laser sight. Says he is gonna knock the cougar down before he becomes kitty food. They are going to do some selective cutting when the snow falls. We saw 5 cow elk up there today and two groups of turkeys probably 60 in all.

Memories of an IH Super A When I was ? up to 10, I worked on my Papaw's farm in Greeneville, TN every summer. As I grew older (7), it was the thrill of my day to ride or drive on the tractor.
