A IT manual is for the person who doesn"t care for how acurate,complete or current. The IT manual is for those shoppers that care only for the lowest price.
The IT manuals do have thier place for some roles. Such as holding doors open or placing it on the work bench. Then placing the JD manual on top of the IT manual so it doesn"t get dirty.
