Have three real clean five gallon pails ready and drain the trans case trying to keep everything as clean as posssible. Put a floor jack under the load saddle and remove the side retainers and load control shaft. Push the shaft left to right very carefully. Inspect the load control shaft for excessive wear and replace it also if needed.(they make good hitch pins) Peel out tho old seals and then insert the rubber O" ring and then fold the plastic ring over and hold eith a pair of long nosed needle vose pliers and insert it into the groove. Work it down into the groove with a round tool (Snap-on ratchet handle works for me). Then install the lip seals in each side. Now jack the load saddle back up and lie everything up. Grease up the load control shaft and very carefully insert it from the RH side with NO lateral movement and push it on throught to the other side. The LC shaft has to fit in the notch in the LC arm and if wanked around can muckle up the LC lever on the LC cam. Then you have to remove the LC valve and reset everything.
