Be careful of power chips that show big mpg gains. Like buickanddeere said, these guys are recalibrating your odometer to make their chip look good. Check the miles on the highway against the mile markers over about 10 miles. You will easily see if it has been tampered with. Dad has always said you have to pay to play. That chip puts in more fuel to make the power. More fuel equals less economy. I never heard of anyone that turned the fuel up on a farm tractor claim that it now burns less fuel.
