Only way I've seen any bearings and seals is....a hub, a back seal, a back bearing in the hub riding on a race and then a front bearing riding in a race and then the washer and nut. All are individually replaceable. The grease seals are only a couple of bucks apiece and they can be taken out buy using a drift into the hub and tapping the bearing out with the seal. The race is taken out the same way.

If the bearing and race are smooth and not rough, they just need repacking and reusing. The seals...pretty standard replacement items and some do have the springs you're talking about but I'm not sure that they do a whole heck of a lot. Either way....it's all replaceable.

Bearing buddies go into the race from the front and they are designed to keep constant pressure on the grease in the hub. They do have springs inside them but I've never seen them deteriate. The springs themselves ....you'll probably never be able to find replacements.
