The sheetmetal would be a deal-breaker for me- the 44 is a scarce tractor and in demand by collectors- I'd be surprised if theres any sheetmetal available- its long since been scavenged to upgrade tractors under restoration. You might try a post on the Oliver board, also on the "official" Oliver site, seeing if anyone has anything, before you buy.
