Allen if ya want to put a hole inhard ground the best way we found this summer was my buddy's New Holland skid steer with a Hdy auger on it we tryed with my 806 and a Danuser digger with new bits and even a long 4x4 straped to it with the two of us doing chin ups on it and all it did was make these cute littel circles in the dirt . I went a took the hdy auger from work and we drill holes and put posts in the ground that was hard enough to make the spudbar bounce. We are now on the lookout for our owen That is how you make holes and the nice thing about it that when it hits a rock it stops so ya don't break anything. Nomore u/joints or shear pins or gearset i loved it.
