Well I have a son in Marines. Nephew also just graduated from basic . He is do just what he always wanted to do , what he signed up for .Aviation mechanics . Loves it . My son ,,,is doing just what he wanted to do .Recon , Sniper . He is currantly in Afghanistan . From his calls , he says they are making a differance there , helping people . Is it making me old in a hurry ? Damn right . Do I support this action ? not 100 %.But I support Our troops 1000% If not for the Marine corp,,,I'm sure my son would have ended up running with a bad crowd.Most of the kids he went to school with have been busted for drugs , etc .
