Latest Zenith parts catalog listed the H-30 Payloader using a Zenith 11722 replacement carb but it hasn't been in price sheet since 2001 and was $630.00 then! So who knows if its still available? It showed production carb numbers as Zenith 12841 model 63AW10, IHC # 189137H1. Everything is closed today but I could check next week if you want a new one? You might check on this sites parts for same carb that fits tractors using the 263 engine? You might want to look at the old cast iron Zenith below in post about Leroi NOS carb. It might work or same seller might have one for you. Good luck.
