Lets see, he has already had a wreck, he's in an age group that is most prone to have/cause wrecks and he's driving a vehicle that can cause more damage to others and be more expensive to replace if he has an accident.

Yep, his RIGHTS is being violated.

How about this, since he's so proud of driving such an expensive vehicle, why don't he buy a bumper sticker that says:

"Ask Me How Much My Insurance Is"

Then people can be equally impressed with that too.
