8N 3pt problem

hi. I have 8N prob's. the lift goes up- but when I have anything heavy on it, et. a plow etc. I have to pull forward on the center link ( where the spring is on top of the rear end, with the top link disconnected) and then the lower arms come up ok, is it the relief valve or what and where is it and how do I fix it. any help greatly appreciated. please e-mail me
